Cancellation Policy

RadCo Rehab Denver – Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place: 24-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity to offer the time to another client in need of care. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or failure to arrive for a scheduled session will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their appointment. The full session fee will still apply to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients. Card on File Requirement A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you authorize RadCo Rehab Denver to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy. Emergencies and Illness Unexpected emergencies and illnesses are understood. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of RadCo Rehab Denver. Respect for Time and Care Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy ensures that all clients receive timely access to high-quality, personalized care. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
